LAWINN scholarships will be offered to a limited number of applicants.
--Prizes RMB 1,000 each to top 3 students (at end of program)
--Recommend the outstanding candidates to our clients (notable law firms) to get internship or paralegal position, and the firms may pay out your training.

| After six years of law firm practice, Dr. Foster joined the U. of Hawaii.He |
| served as Associate Dean for eight years and Dean for eight and a half |
| years.Before obtaining his legal education, Dr. Foster received a PhD in |
| Chinese Studies and taught Chinese language at the U. of Hawaii and |
| the U. of Washington. |
