It is now seeking for a mid-level lawyer to be based in the Shanghai office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-4 years PQE in a reputable law firm.
• Chinese Bar Association
• General contract drafting skills required
• Be able to work independently while also a good team worker
• Willing to take challenges and work under pressure
• Good command of both oral and written English is critical
