THE EMPLOYER:

The company operates more than 110 offices in 71 countries/areas. In greater China, it maintains 15 subsidiaries and representative offices in 10+ cities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify all potential legal issues in cases and propose legally sound solutions
• Partner with line management colleagues to identify options for achieving the company’s objectives within legal constraints
• Prepare for negotiations as a member of a team
• Draft complex legal documents accurately

REQUIREMENTS:

• Law degree(s) from reputable universities
• 4 – 7 years experience in a leading MNC, international law firm or top-tier local firm
• PRC bar qualification
• Good written and oral communication skills in Japanese; proficient in Japanese as working language
