 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a boutique investment banking firm focused on China related mergers & acquisitions, private placement, and private equity investments. Via its own offices and strategic partnerships globally, the firm is active in transactions linking China with Europe, US, UK, and Southeast Asian countries.
The firm is seeking In-house Counsel, based in Shanghai.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 - 3 years of experience with leading PRC law firm
- Law degree(s) from reputable China and/or overseas law school(s)
- PRC bar qualification
- Able to independently draft and review legal documents, both in Chinese and English
- Willingness to work hard
