THE EMPLOYER:

Our client is well-known home improvement retailer in the world. The company established its presence in Chinese major cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing and Shenzhen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This successful candidate will report to VP – legal affairs.He/she will focus on supporting for commercial and operation departments. The candidate is expected to have solid knowledge of:

• Corporate law - retail FIE, joint ventures, merger and acquisitions
• Business and commercial law - supplier and customer, unfair competition, tax, banking and finance

REQUIREMENTS:

• PRCUniversity graduate majoring in Law – first class academic background and good analytical skills
• Minimum of 5 year's post qualification working experience in major law firm or MNC legal dept. in China, retail industry preferably
• PRC bar qualification
• Be able to work under pressure and to cope with tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English, excellent oral & written comprehension
