THE EMPLOYER:

Our client is one of Asia’s largest industrial and logistics infrastructure providers.Since beginning operations in China in 2004, the company is present in more than 15 cities across China, developing and managing more than 60 logistics parks.

Currently, the company is seeking a Legal Counsel based in Beijing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will report to Vice Present-Legal. Duties include:

• Assist VP-Legal to coordinate various projects and follow up the progress
• Draft / review / translate various legal documents
• Participate in the project negotiations and help business functions to solve the legal issues
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the leader

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Law and / or LLM from reputable university
• PRC lawyer qualification
• 5+ years of relevant experience in top law firm and / or legal division of MNC; 3 years working experience in top law firm is must
• Rich knowledge and experiences in foreign investment, M&A, and real estate (project development and leasing)
• Good drafting and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, team-player
