 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a global chemical company serving a variety of end markets, the largest of which is consumer durables and non-durables.The company employs more than 10,000 people worldwide.
The company is growing rapidly in China.Currently, it is seeking a Compliance Training Manager, to be located in Shanghai or Singapore.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting compliance training and assisting in driving the Ethics and Corporate Compliance's strategic initiatives worldwide. S/he will be involved in various global training projects. Duties include:
- Develop, schedule and deliver training and workshops regarding core compliance policies
- Assist compliance policy owners in the development and coordination of policy training
- Implement and maintain compliance training database utilizing existing learning management systems
- Participate in compliance investigations or audits as needed
- Prepare detailed investigation reports, including summaries of interviews, where appropriate, and report findings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business related field, Criminal Justice, Law, or Human Resources
- 5+ years of relevant experience; overseas training and / or related experience is desirable
- Excellent skill in corporate training and strong knowledge in corporate compliance
- Ability to explore, test and develop options
- Outstanding communication and written skills in both English and Chinese
- Excellent team working ability, flexibility and adaptability
