 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a top tier US law firm with more than 2,000 lawyers in 30 offices around the world (eight in Asia and three in greater China area).The firm represents more than 250 of the Fortune 500 companies.
The expanding Shanghai office of our client is now seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of Legal Consultant.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting legal research and preparing memos
- Performing due diligence reviews and preparing due diligence reports
- Drafting various agreements and other legal documents
- Liaison with government and regulatory authorities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of PQE with Corporate matters
- PRC bar admission — desired
- Law degree from reputable Chinese university; Overseas law degree will be a plus
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills
