 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client isan alliance of major European law firms, providing clients with a full range of legal services. The alliance operates in more than 40 business centres around the world.
With its rapid growth in the Chinese market, the firm is now seeking IP Lawyer to be based in the Shanghai office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer specializing in intellectual property and licensing in a foreign law firm
- University graduate (L.L.B or L.L.M.) in law from a recognized law school with excellent academic credentials
- Previous overseas study experience would be a strong asset
- Good written and oral skills in English and Chinese
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities across diverse internal groups, teams and divisions
- Excellent organizational skills, outstanding analytical and drafting skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
