The firm has a full service corporate group with broad experience in greater China. Firm lawyers have extensive experience in M&A, FDI, commercial, and financing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in large financial transactions, cross border matters and/or Foreign Direct Investment
• PRC bar qualification
• Overseas experience (education / training / working experience) — plus
• Experience with foreign law firm or leading PRC law firm
• Excellent drafting skills; competent to draft documents in English
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
