The firm has a full service corporate group with broad experience in greater China. Firm lawyers have extensive experience in M&A, FDI, commercial, real estate, and financing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years experience in real estate and M&A transactions
- PRC bar admission
- Experience with foreign law firm or leading PRC law firm
- Excellent drafting skills; competent to draft documents in English
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
