 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a recognized leading PRC law firm in the commercial field with over 100 lawyers in three offices nationwide.
As one of the core practices of the firm, the firm’s Corporate group handles the full range of commercial transactions for corporate entities, including: company formations, mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, and company disposals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will participate in complex, cross-border M&A/FDI transactions.Duties will vary depending on candidate’s seniority and capability.
- Draft various agreements and legal documents
- Conducting legal research and preparing memos
- Performing due diligence reviews and preparing due diligence reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Law degree(s) from reputable China law school(s)
- At least 4 years corporate experience, including M&A, FDI and/or corporate finance PRC bar qualification
- PRC bar qualification
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
- Good organizational and communication skills and attention to details
