 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a recognized leading PRC law firm in the commercial field with over 100 lawyers in three offices nationwide.
The firm’s commercial property group handles a broad spectrum of commercial property work mainly for overseas companies and developers.Main areas involved are: land use rights issues; buying, selling and leasing of property in connection with various businesses; development of commercial, residential and industrial property.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing, reviewing, revising and negotiating commercial leases
- Conducting legal research and preparing memos
- Performing due diligence reviews and preparing due diligence reports
- Drafting property related agreements and other legal documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Law degree(s) from reputable China law school(s)
- 3+ years of experience principally involving commercial leasing matters
- PRC bar qualification
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
- Good organizational and communication skills and attention to details
