Our client is a recognized leading PRC law firm in the commercial field with over 100 lawyers nationwide. The firm serves both PRC and international clients in various industries and is continuously involved in transactions in a whole spectrum of commercial areas

The practice of the firm in Dispute Resolution has grown rapidly in recent years. Currently, it is seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of Dispute Resolution Lawyer, to be based in Shenzhen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will join the Dispute Resolution group and report to the litigation partners based in Shenzhen office.S/he will focus on the area of commercial and cross-boarder litigation and arbitration, and may also be involved in IPR related legal matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Law degree(s) from top tier China law school(s)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in practicing dispute resolution
• Familiar with foreign related commercial dispute resolution
• PRC bar qualification
• Good drafting and oral skills in English and Chinese
• Good organizational and communication skills and attention to details
