Our client is a recognized leading PRC law firm in the commercial field with over 100 lawyers nationwide. The firm serves both PRC and international clients in various industries and is continuously involved in transactions in a whole spectrum of commercial areas

Currently, it is seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of Patent Attorney, to be based in its Beijing office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will join the IP team in Beijing and report to the IP partners.S/he will be exposed to work in IP area, including litigation and patent persecution.Duties include:

• Advise and represent clients on patent prosecution and litigation cases
• Conduct IP related legal research and prepare memo

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in both law and technical field from top tier school(s); JD degree in USA is a plus
• Relevant experience with either litigation or patent persecution
• Qualified as Patent Attorney and Lawyer in China and / or other jurisdiction
• Good drafting and oral skills in English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to details, team-player
