Our client is a world-renowned US law firm with more than 1,000 lawyers in 18 offices around the world.The firm has established long standing partnerships with many of the world's top financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and other leading corporations.
The expanding Shanghai office of our client is now seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of Legal Consultant.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting various agreements and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and preparing memos
- Performing due diligence reviews and preparing due diligence reports
- Liaison with government and regulatory authorities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of PQE with M&A matters
- PRC bar admission — desired
- Law degree from reputable Chinese university; Overseas law degree will be a plus
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
