Our client is a top tier US law firm with more than 1,000 lawyers in 18 offices around the world.The firm has established long standing partnerships with many of the world's top financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and other leading corporations.
The firm is seeking HR Manager, based in Shanghai office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As HR manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with firm’s HR issues and queries.The specific responsibilities are:
- Recruitment and training of support staff; reply to applicants for administrative positions
- Liaison with CIIC and FESCO regarding payment of salaries for local staff; handling record keeping of holidays and sick leave for all staff
- Arrangement and coordination of domestic and overseas interview for fee earners
- Drafting/issuing offer letters, leave letters and employment contracts for all staff (in consultation with Shanghai Managing Partner)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Familiar with PRC employment law and policy
- Law firm(s)/professional service firm(s) experience - preferred
- Good command of oral and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving abilities;efficient;quick thinking
