Our client is a top tier US law firm with more than 1,000 lawyers in 18 offices around the world.The firm has established long standing partnerships with many of the world's top financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and other leading corporations.
The expanding Beijing office of our client is seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of IPO lawyer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience in IPO of US or Hong Kong capital market
- Law degree from a reputable China law school and/or from an overseas law school
- US/Hong Kong educational background – preferred
- PRC qualification (or any recognized qualification) – required
- Excellent drafting skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
