Our client is a top Wall Street law firm from the United States. For the fourth consecutive year, the American Lawyer magazine has named the firm to the top position in its "A-List" ranking.Based in New York, the transactions of the firm are throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.

With the expansion of its legal business in China, the firm is seeking Legal Analysts for its Shanghai office.

The main responsibility of this position is to assist foreign lawyers on legal investigation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master degree in law from reputable universities
• Experience in legal field - desired
• Fully bilingual
• Intelligent and sophisticated
• Willing to abide the firm’s project-based confidentiality agreement
