 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a top Wall Street firm from the United States. Major practice groups include private equity, corporate, capital markets, banking and real estate.Based in New York, the transactions of the firm extend throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
With the expansion of its Shanghai office, the firm is seeking a Legal Consultant to join its Corporate team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be exposed to complex transactions.S/he is expected to draft all necessary documents independently with high quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of solid experience in PE and FDI
- Good educational background with top law school(s), overseas legal study - preferred
- PRC bar qualification
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills
- Experience with reputable international firm or top tier local firm
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
