 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a top Wall Street law firm from the United States. Major practice groups include private equity, corporate, capital markets, banking and real estate.Based in New York, the transactions of the firm extend throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Shanghai office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will work as a Paralegal and take a role of supporting the Shanghai office.Her/his responsibilities will mainly focus on legal research and legal translation..
REQUIREMENTS:
- Law degree from top-tier law school(s); LLM degree is a plus
- At least 1 – 2 years of work experience with prestigious foreign law firm
- PRC Bar qualification is a plus
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
