Our client is a reputable international law firm.The firm operates more than sixty offices across Asia, Europe and the US in 25 countries.It provides an extensive range of legal services organized around several global practice groups.
The firm’s Corporate group advises many of the world’s leading companies, as well as financial institutions and buyout and investment funds, on M&A, IPOs, public and private equity and debt offerings, venture capital and private equity investments, and other transactional matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 – 6 years PQE with VC/PE practice
- Law degree(s) from reputable law school(s)
- US education background – preferred
- PRC or/and any recognized qualification
- Excellent drafting skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
