The firm’s Corporate group advises many of the world’s leading companies, as well as financial institutions and buyout and investment funds, on M&A, FDI, IPOs, public and private equity and debt offerings, venture capital and private equity investments, and other transactional matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience with FDI transactions
- China practice experience - desired
- Native German speaker
- Recognized bar qualification - preferred
- Excellent drafting skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
