THE EMPLOYER:

Our client is a leading PRC law firm.Its core practice areas are banking & finance, corporate, M&A, and capital markets.

The firm’s Banking & Finance team has extensive experience in representing financial institutions in corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.The firm also provides legal advice to major domestic and international banks on both a daily and project basis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will take a leading role in banking & finance transactions including:

• Representing foreign and domestic financial institutions in various transactions
• Negotiating and drafting various agreements and legal documents
• Supervising legal research

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 - 5 years banking & finance practice experience with solid firm(s)
• PRC bar qualification
• Law degree(s) from reputable China law school(s)
• Experience with foreign or domestic financial institutions will be considered
• Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
