THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a leading PRC law firm.Its core practice areas are banking & finance, corporate, M&A, and capital markets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the office administrative matters.In specific,
- Support staff management including recruitment, supervision and training and development.
- Negotiate with relevant vendors as appropriate to renew, open or revise contracts and terms of business
- Supervise facilities management within the office such as dealing with electricians, architects, security, etc
- Arrange office (business) registration and licence renewal
- Purchase supplies for office
- Liaison with various local authorities
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience as Office Manager with leading law firm(s), and/or professional service firm(s)
- Good command of oral and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving abilities;efficient;quick thinking
