 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a reputable law firm, which is strategically aligned with an international law firm with a network of more than ten offices in the United States and Europe.
The growing Japanese legal practice of the firm is seeking a Japanese Speaking Lawyer to join its Shanghai office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Representing Japanese clients in M&A, FDI and corporate legal affairs
- Drafting various transaction documents
- Conducting legal research and preparing memos
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience with Japanese legal practice in a Japanese international law firm or a leading local law firm
- Above Bachelor of Law Degree in a reputable Chinese university;Legal education in Japan — preferred
- Proficient in Japanese and English as working language
- Good written and oral communication skills
