THE EMPLOYER:

Our client is a reputable law firm, which is strategically aligned with an international law firm with a network of more than ten offices in the United States and Europe.

The growing tax practice of the firm is seeking a Senior Associate / Partner to join its Shanghai office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate is expected to take the leadership of the tax group.In specific, it includes,

• Provide tax and business advisory services to clients
• Assist clients in complying with their tax obligations
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years experience in taxation consulting and compliance
• Experience with foreign law firm or top-tier local firm
• China CPA and Certified Tax Agents qualification - preferred
• Law degree(s) from reputable China law school(s)
• Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
