 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a reputable law firm, which is strategically aligned with an international law firm with a network of more than ten offices in the United States and Europe.
The expanding corporate practice of the firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Shanghai office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will participate in complex, cross-border transactions.Duties will vary depending on candidate’s seniority and capability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years experience in Private Equity, and with Corporate and Real Estate experience will be highly preferred
- Experience with foreign law firm or top-tier local firm
- Law degree(s) from reputable China law school(s)
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
- Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
