The firm’s Hong Kong office is seeking qualified candidates to fill vacancies in itsStructured Finance team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will participate in complex, cross-border securities transactions.Duties will vary depending on candidate’s seniority and capability.

The successful candidate will be involved in a diversified practice and also gain exposure to other corporate and commercial areas of practice.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years PQE with Securities practice
• HK bar qualification
• Law degree from a reputable law school
• Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
