 THE EMPLOYER:
Our client is a leading US law firm with nearly 1000 lawyers and 18 offices worldwide (three offices in greater China area).The firm’s corporate team in China is involved in a wide variety of complex transactions/projects.
Our client is seeking Corporate lawyer(s) with at least 5 years practice experience to join its corporate team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will participate in complex, cross-border corporate transactions.Also, s/he will be involved in a diversified practice and gain exposure to corporate and commercial areas of practice.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years corporate experience, including M&A, general corporate, private equity and/or capital markets
- Legal qualification in China and/or other jurisdiction
- Experience with foreign reputable law firm(s)
- Excellent drafting skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
