Based in Scandinavia, our client is a leading full-service law firm.The firm’s 300 lawyers specialize in different areas of business law.The firm’s largest practice areas are Securities, M&A, FDI, and Banking & Finance.

The firm opened its Asian offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai in 2007. With the growth of its China practice, the firm is seeking Senior Legal Consultant to join its Shanghai office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

The main responsibility for this position is to represent foreign companies with in-bound investment projects and domestic companies with out-bound investment projects.

The successful candidate is expected to have full capability of drafting all necessary documents independently with high quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 – 7 years of experience with FDI and M&A matters
• PRC bar admission
• Previous work experience with leading law firm(s)
• Excellent drafting skills
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
