 THE EMPLOYER:
Based in Paris, our client is one of the foremost independent law firms in France with more than 150 lawyers worldwide. In addition to its Paris headquarters, the firm has office locations in Brussels, Casablanca, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Taipei.
With the growth of its China practice, the firm is looking for Associate with French proficiency to join it Shanghai office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will take a leading role in corporate transactions including:
- Representing foreign clients in various transactions
- Negotiating and drafting various agreements and legal documents
- Managing and coaching junior lawyers
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years legal experience with reputable law firm or multinational company
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French
- Solid experience in Corporate, FDI
- PRC bar qualification
- Willing to contribute to the firm
