Based in Paris, our client is one of the foremost independent law firms in France with more than 150 lawyers worldwide. In addition to its Paris headquarters, the firm has office locations in Brussels, Casablanca, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Taipei.
With the growth of its China practice, the firm is looking for senior tax lawyer to join it Shanghai office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will provide tax and business advisory services to clients and assist clients in complying with their tax obligations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years experience focusing on tax
- Experience with reputable law firm or big accounting firm
- Familiar with local tax law with good understanding of international tax issues related to financial flux
- PRC bar qualification
- Good written and oral skills in English and Chinese
