Our client is a reputable US law firm with approximately 1,800 legal professionals in 30 locations in the United States, Europe and Asia.In 2007, the firm was selected as Chambers and Partners as US Law Firm of the Year for excellence in legal services in jurisdictions around the world.
The firm recently opened its office in Shanghai. With the growth of its China practice, it is looking for Spanish Speaking Lawyer to join it Shanghai office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Legal research and analysis
- Tracking newly promulgated PRC laws and regulations, and preparing translations and summaries
- Assisting on firm client projects tracking, liaising with lawyers and/or marketing personnel regarding the same
- Multi-task and set priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
- 2+ years legal experience with foreign law offices or multinational companies -preferred
- Law degree(s) from top PRC law faculty
- Self-motivated, proactive and team player
- The ability to work well under pressure
