Based in Beijing, our client is one of the largest PRC-based law firms. It has over 300 attorneys with more than 5 offices around China.The firm provides full range of legal services in commercial transactions and disputes.

The firm's Shanghai office is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of BD Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing all activities relating to practical business development.Duties include:

• Develop business strategy for the firm and analyze market trends
• Design and perform business planning, and prepare relevant documents
• Working with partners and fee-earners to deliver strong pitches on time
• Identify branding opportunities and involved in client relationship management
• Take part in different marketing events

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above; major in business or marketing
• 5+ years BD experience with professional service firms
• Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
• Outstanding research and analytical skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills; ability to self-manage
• Excellent team working ability; effective communication skills
• Good understanding of Chinese culture, economy and political developments
• Strong business acumen and practical approach skills
