Based in USA, our client is one of largest law firms in the world by revenue.It is also ranked as one of the most prestigious law firms in USA.The firm’s 1,000+ lawyers specialize in the practice areas of general commercial litigation, PE, IP, etc.

The growing Shanghai office, working closely with the firm’s Hong Kong office, is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of Corporate Lawyer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will take responsibility on corporate matters spanning M&A, PE, general corporate and IPO ideally.In specific, duties include

• Draft various agreements and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos
• Represent clients in various transactions
• Perform due diligence reviews and prepare due diligence reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Law degree(s) from reputable law school(s)
• 3 - 5 years of experience with corporate matters in top-tier law firms
• PRC bar qualification
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Stable, responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, team-player
