During 2005, Sunrise Library, an entirely voluntary, not-for-profit organization registered in Shanghai, set up two public libraries in Houyang and Qianyang, two AIDS villages in Henan Province. We also organize Cinema Clubs and regular reading activities targeting youth members. We provide scholarships to poor but able students from primary to university level. In the photo exhibition at the Gala, seeing the tears and laughter of children living in the AIDS villages, you will be impressed by their desire to get the care and encouragement from us. Join us! Your kind generosity will help build the third library allowing more children to continue their study.
A participation fee of RMB 200 per person is payable at the door. It includes a Sunrise T-shirt, soft drinks, beer and light food. All proceeds go to support the activities of Sunrise. T-Space
